How cron.fi works and how to contact us about privacy. Each game has its own privacy information.
Who is responsible?
This website is operated by Cron Services Oy, Finnish business ID 3551105-4. For questions about privacy or your personal data, email privacy@cron.fi.
Using the website
The website code uses no tracking or advertising scripts, cookies or browser storage. Images, fonts and code are served from this website. Your language choice is reflected in the page address.
Cron uses basic statistics from its OVH hosting service, together with server access and error logs, to monitor website usage, operation and security. Technical logs may include the IP address, requested page, timestamp and information supplied by the browser. The information is used to maintain Cron’s own website, not to target advertising. The website does not use Google Analytics or a similar tracking service.
The hosting provider processes technical information to deliver the service. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a functional and secure website. Server access and error logs follow the retention settings of the OVH hosting service. Any information set aside for a specific fault or security incident is used to investigate and resolve that case and handle necessary follow-up. When you contact us
Email links open your own email application. There is no submission form on the website. We use your message, contact details and any attachments to respond and handle the matter you raise. Please do not send passwords or sensitive information by ordinary email.
Information relating to a request for a quotation or a customer relationship is processed to prepare or perform a contract. Other correspondence is handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages and operating our business. We retain correspondence while handling the enquiry and related follow-up. Information relating to contracts, invoicing or legal claims is retained separately in line with applicable obligations.
Email is handled through Cron’s Google Workspace service. Your information is processed by the people handling your enquiry and the service providers needed for that purpose. Contacting us does not add you to a marketing list.
Your information and your rights
You can request access to your information and correction of inaccurate data. Depending on the circumstances, you may also request erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing information.
If you have concerns about how your personal data is handled, you can contact the Finnish Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
Game privacy
Pony vs. Autumn’s privacy notice explains the processing of game accounts, progress, purchases and ads. This website does not sign you into the game or access your game account.
